Beautiboost Australia will only accept returns, exchanges, or refunds within 14 days of the initial purchase, for products that are in their original packaging and condition.

Products that are opened, used, or returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees associated with returns and we highly urge you to use a tracked postage so the item is not lost in transit.
